Sorry i wasn't able to email yesterday. It was labor day and the library was closed. sorry about that.
Area is good and yes i'm still adjusting to it.
The Branch is good and yes they are feeding us..a lot!
Still having troubles finding people.
No its not starting to cool off yet.. but i hope it will soon.
JB has throat cancer and he went in for radiation last week so we haven't been able to teach him, mike is doing well but he keeps on trying to convince us to go to his church (that baptist bible study was enough for me), and dustin won't keep appointments, neither does barbara.
YIIIIKES! grandpa got hit the face with a golf ball?! Heck Yeah I will still pray for him and grandma!!!!
Oh Yeah mom, there are a few things i would like for you to send with my next birthday package. First of all, i need more of that face stuff. And there is a cd I want that is down in my room, on my desk in the right corner, in the black cd case, it is called jed's music (it has songs christian rock bands, which President Thomas said he is okay with, just as long it isn't like heavy metal). Thank You.
Remember when i told you about the guy in my first area who called me "A demon who poses as a servant of god?" Turns out he has done the same thing with all the missionaries in the past. I just learned from my district leader Elder Harris (ho also served in Asheboro) that he has looked at so much anti-mormon material, that he just believes that we are evil. And you have no idea of how many horrible things he said to us about us, the book of mormon, the church, even Jesus Christ (He called Jesus Christ a demon right in front of us). When Elder Harris was there, and after the guy went back inside his house, he and his companion (Dad you might know what this means) dusted their feet off. Well.. Good for them.
